You will need:
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 6 tsp olive oil
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup green olives
- 3/4 cup cubed feta cheese
- 1 egg yolk beaten with 1 tsp water
Sprinkle yeast over water in a large bowl. Let stand until soft.
Add milk, sugar, salt and 4 tsp of olive oil. Add flour slowly-slowly. Turn onto floured surface and knead for 15 minutes. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise in warm place for about 1 hour.
Pat into a circle and sprinkle with olives and fetta cheese, then shape into a ball. Place on a greased baking dish, cut a circle in the center, leaving round of dough in place.
Brush with 2 tsp of oil. Let rise for 30 minutes and brush with egg yolk.
Bake at 375F about 30 minutes.
