You will need:
- 4 oz. cream cheese softened
- 8 oz. Cool Whip topping
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 cup hot fudge topping (warmed)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup finely chopped salted peanuts
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 - 9" graham cracker crust
Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly. Fold in Cool Whip. Then pour warm fudge topping into crust and spread evenly. Cover with peanuts. Cover with peanut butter and cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and freeze
until firm. This is VERY good!!!
