Ingredients:
- 750g diced skirt steak
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
- 1 tablespoon fivespice powder
- 1 pkt "Continental" sweet mango lamb
- 1 825g tin sliced peaches
- 300ml milk
- two tablespoons cornflour mixed with a little water
Toss the diced steak in the flour, tarragon and fivespice powder. Brown the seasoned steak in a frypan with a little oil. Mix together the packet of "sweet lamb curry", juice from the tin of peaches, and milk. Place steak and fluids in a large microwave casserole dish. Cook in microwave for 10 minutes
on medium high stirring once. Add the cornflour paste. Stir for 1 minute until mixture thickens. Add tin of sliced peaches and heat through. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and green beans. Bon appetit!
