Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded Monterey jack
- 1 can cream-style corn
- ˝ cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons minced cilantro
- hot sauce
- salt
Preheat oven at 400.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add hot sauce to taste and salt. Transfer mix to a dish which is slightly sprayed with pam. Cook for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve as a side dish or main dish.
