Kathy's Stuffed Mexican Pork Chops |
Ingredients:
- 4 - pork chops
- 1 box pork flavored stove top stuffing
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1-2 chopped jalapeno peppers
- 4oz. cheddar cheese
1. preheat oven to 350
2. mix stuffing and add pepperrs and cheese
3. crush 3 cups chip add taco seasoning
4. slit pork chops and stuff with stuffing mixture
5. coat with crushed chip mixture
6. place on greased or sprayed baking pan
7. bake 40 minutes |
