Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 4 cups fresh caulifowerets
- 1 med. red onion
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
Dressing:
- 1 cup fat free mayo
- 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
In large bowl, combine vegetable. Whisk the dressing ingredients until smooth,
pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least two
hours.
Yield: 18 servings
